Sanitation Pickup Schedule, June 29 - July 3, 2009
• NO BULK/GREEN WASTE COLLECTION THIS WEEK.
• Wednesday Recycling will be collected on Tuesday.
• Thursday garbage and Bulk Recycling collections will be collected on
Wednesday.
• Friday garbage and Bulk Recycling collections will be collected on Thursday.
• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday garbage collection will remain the same. |
| Household Garbage is Collected Rear-Yard
Many residents do not seem to know that our sanitation contractor is required to pick up household garbage from residents’ rear-yards. Only recycling, bulk and green waste is required to be collected at the curb. If you currently leave your household garbage at the curb but would like to have it collected rear-yard, kindly tell the sanitation company employee(s) who collect from your home where you will be placing the garbage cans in the future, and then start the next day. It’s that easy! Rear-yard collection is an additional service made available to Rye Brook residents- please take advantage of it! |
