2009/2010 VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK TAX
This is a courtesy reminder to all taxpayers whose property is located in the Village of Rye Brook that the second installment of the Village Tax is due by February 28, 2010. Payments must be received or postmarked by the post office no later than February 28, 2010 to avoid a 2% penalty. The rate of penalties is determined by the New York State Real Property Tax Laws. Reminders were mailed. If you did not receive a reminder, please notify the tax office. Any questions, please call the tax office at 939-3558.
Please bring in or mail the top portion of your Village Tax Bill with the first installment paid stamp on it. It also contains the stub for the second installment.

The Remit to address Newark, New Jersey on the payment stub is the central processing Post Office Box for TD Bank to accept payments. Payments can still be made in the Receiver of Taxes Office, 10 Pearl Street, Port Chester, New York.
