Novack Indictment Unsealed Release Date: July 08, 2010 July 8, 2010   The Village of Rye Brook is pleased report that an Indictment was unsealed on July 8, 2010 charging Narcisa Novack and three others in the killing of Ben Novack at the Rye Town Hilton on July 12, 2009.  Attached pleased find copies of the press release from the United States Attorney’s office and the Indictment papers.
