The Service Request Form is an online submission for services or problem notifications directly to the Village Hall. Your request is automatically routed to the proper department based on the type of request and a tracking number is automatically generated and sent to the e-mail address you provide.


This is only for NON-EMERGENCY REQUESTS. This is not to be used for 9-1-1 type emergencies. For an immediate response to an emergency please dial 9-1-1 or call the Police at (914) 937-1020.
